Today, 1st August 2018, is a memorable day for SAFFIYYAH, and a new challenge and great responsibility to me, personally. We have officially moved to a proper office. Before this, we were operating from the comfort of home.
My name is Hjh Sapiah Mat Pis, aged 53, the founder of SAFFIYYAH. We specialize in providing a good range of Muslimah wear, especially Telekung , hijabs (tudung) and other accessories. A promise to ourself is to always deliver beautiful quality products to meet the needs of Muslimah out there.
How we started? Well, a retired banker will need something to do.... after being busy for the past 23years, how do we kill 24 hours a day doing "not too much things"??
One thing leads to another. Started by carrying bags to friends who are willing to help promote our Telekung, until eventually discovered "this can't last forever"...........
Thus, option left is online marketing. Tell you the truth, I am not good at these things called FB, IG, Blog, Twitter etc etc etc..... which all the younger generations grow up with. Therefore, convince myself with "LIFE IS A NEVER ENDING LEARNING PROCESS". Off I go for online classes..... ha ha..... of course, always glad when I am not the "youngest" around, which is not often.
Anyway, I made a resolution that I will write my first BLOG when I have a proper office........ Alhamdulillah. Thank you Allah.
Right now, I am alone in the office. Finding it ever so peaceful and so focused to concentrate....
Enough for today..... will continue writing this thingy called "Blog", will make it a point In Shaa Allah. Will share with you guys out there our short journey.
